I possess an Asus ROG strix B450-F gaming motherboard paired with an AMD Ryzen 3 3200G processor. The system performed well until I decided to try the EZ tuner to boost performance slightly. It worked for about an hour before becoming unstable and displaying a blue screen. Despite various fixes—flashing BIOS, resetting the motherboard settings, or using the recommended ASUS VSM settings—I still can’t load the operating system. I’ve tested booting from three different drives to rule out HDD or OS problems. I’m feeling frustrated and worried, especially since everything is less than a month old.

No, I did not reset to factory settings in the BIOS.

Your CPU seems okay because it boots into BIOS. Test with another PSU, varying RAM, or using a single RAM stick.

It would be impossible to access BIOS without a functioning processor.

I've attempted factory resets, but the PSU is at 850W. I changed the RAM and none of the codes or LEDs remain active on the board. The RAM uses two sticks totaling 8GB Corsair Vengeance 2400MHz. A jumper reset both versions—with and without the battery in the motherboard.

I believed the same thing I had studied for hours—that it was feasible to load BIOS on a faulty CPU across several online discussions—but I’m still unsure.

I have a 750w power supply that could fit, but the fans are all running and the RAM won’t load the OS. I’m really confused.

Boot drives from different machines lacking identical hardware often cause blue screens due to mismatched chipset or graphics drivers. This makes diagnosis difficult. A safer approach is to use a clean, freshly installed Windows drive. It might only be the Windows setup that’s corrupted on the original boot device. You could attempt repair via an installation USB stick or opt for a complete reinstall.
