I just verified my Ryzen 5950x using HWmonitor—it's currently idle with a temperature of 55.1°C. The MSI Center software shows the CPU running hot at 30-35°C. The clock speed keeps changing, and I’m not sure why. Cooler Noctua NHD15 is working as expected.

Run a stress test using cinebench r23 and keep an eye on temperatures throughout the process. If the temperature reaches its maximum limit, reinstall the CPU cooler and verify the thermal paste placement.
