I own a complete ASUS ROG setup as shown below, but I'm facing a challenge in finding an ASUS ROG Thor 80+ Platinum 1200W. These affordable ROG power supplies have been out of stock for about six months, so I ended up using a Corsair HX 1200 suggested by a friend. The cables are very stiff and difficult to handle. The main issue is the CPU connector—it's too short. Even with creative cable management ideas, it won't fit properly because the graphics card is so large. Do you have any experience with cable extensions that could help me avoid damaging my system or power supply? Your advice would be really appreciated!

Cablemod offers solid products... https://store.cablemod.com/configurator/ For extensions, verify they're 16 AWG and not 18 AWG... https://www.amazon.ca/AsiaHorse-Extensio...r=1-9&th=1

Great! Your response was appreciated. I'll look into it further. Also, clarifying the gauge sizes might help.

The wire size is indicated by its gauge or thickness. A lower number means a larger diameter, while a bigger diameter reduces the chance of fire when drawing high power.
