Hi everyone, I just set up a new PC for video editing and some gaming. I have an AMD Ryzen 3900X and am checking if my cooling system is working properly. I installed an intake fan at the front and an exhaust fan at the back. The stock cooler came with the CPU, but I used HWiNFO to monitor temperatures. At idle, the CPU die temperature is around 40-50°C, and during heavy rendering it reaches 80-100% load with temps hitting 80-90°C. These readings suggest the cooling might be insufficient for sustained high loads. It would be wise to upgrade or ensure better airflow before pushing the system further. Thanks!

The number 90 seems quite high, though it's not extremely risky. The stock cooler isn't obviously the top choice; a 50 euro model would likely perform much better. Keeping the CPU cooler also saves energy and improves speed.
