The back ports on my PC aren’t displaying any activity. The monitor confirms it’s connected, yet no signal appears, and the keyboard remains inactive.

Do you need a new computer? Has it been used before? Is there a graphics card available? What are your system details? Which operating system is it running? Was it just set up recently?

It's a recent PC, just got it for about three months and everything was functioning smoothly yesterday. The components include a 3090 Ti processor and an i7 1400K chipset.
