Hello, your TP-Link AV600 has been stable until recently. It works fine when connected to the internet, but turns off immediately after use. The file you mentioned is VID_20230122_165459.mp4.

Usually unexpected problems signal a hardware issue. I have a few questions: How long have you experienced this? Have you made any recent changes to your network setup that might relate to the performance drop? Also, from what you described, it seems better to connect the powerline injector straight to the wall rather than using a surge protector. There’s a possibility another component in the surge protector is affecting the connection. If resetting and reconfiguring the TP-Link doesn’t resolve the issue, you can be pretty sure the device is faulty, and I’d recommend contacting the manufacturer for assistance.
