I'm facing the same issue too. It seems your internet is assigning a new IP address regularly. My setup was configured to repeat this daily, but I changed it to 21 (the maximum) and now it only occurs every 21 days. Still quite bothersome, though much better than constant changes. All phones worked fine, but anyone connected via Ethernet got disconnected for about three minutes at a time, just like you described.
