Hey, if you need assistance with that, it would be helpful. My PC is running Windows 8.1, the internet is slow, and it's a wired connection via Ethernet. Most other devices are getting decent speeds (3-10 Mbps). Thanks!

You're seeing a speed of about 10-20kb/s, which is typical for casual downloads. Just need Fortnite, MW2, or War Thunder without overlapping sessions.
