Your configuration includes a mid-range CPU, a decent motherboard, 16GB RAM, a mid-tier video card, and a solid power supply. I checked whether this would handle demanding titles like GTA V, Titanfall, Spin Tires, and similar games at high settings with around 60 FPS. Regarding the graphics cards, the EVGA GTX 960 offers better performance than the ASUS STRIX GTX 960 in most scenarios, especially for gaming.

The 750 Ti offers much less power compared to a GTX 960. If you're planning for a 960, the R9380 with 4GB should give you a 5-10% boost in performance across many games.

Low power? Not so much. Likely medium to high.

The R9 380 usually costs less than the 960 and is often comparable to or even cheaper than the 960 in many situations.

Which R9 380 model do you prefer—ASUS, Radeon, or Sapphire? Also, are you considering AMD or not? I’m a bit unsure about which GPU fits best and how they differ.

The distinctions lie in the cooling systems and the base/turbo clock rates.

To determine the best option, we should compare it across all relevant categories individually and then assess its overall performance.

Between the 960s, the choice varies by EVGA model. Many prefer the 380, but check benchmarks and video reviews for details.
