You're experiencing a frustrating issue where your Windows OS crashes every few months without clear warnings, forcing you to reinstall. It might be related to hardware wear, driver conflicts, or background processes. Checking SSD health, updating drivers, and ensuring no conflicting software are running could help. Also, monitor system temperature and performance metrics for unusual spikes.

Have you explored a different SSD? Even if you've already tried it.

Nevertheless, I suggest replacing it and checking if the same problem arises.
