The same problems might occur. A hardware problem could be the cause, either with the network or your device. Test another computer connected to the same network to determine if the issue is isolated. If it persists across devices, the network may be faulty—swap cables and check. If the problem remains, the issue likely lies with your computer itself. Since manual IP setup failed, DHCP probably isn't the root cause. Driver reinstallation also didn’t resolve it. It seems either your operating system or the network interface card is failing. Consider using a wireless adapter temporarily; a decent Gigabit NIC like the TP-Link TG-3468 (PCIe recommended) can help.

First image indicates issues: the system appears properly set up, yet the device or service (DNS Server) fails to respond. Second image clearly conveys the problem. Help :c

For DNS options consider 8.8.8.8 as primary with 8.8.4.4 as secondary, both from Google's Public DNS. Alternatively, use 1.1.1.1 as primary and 1.0.0.1 as secondary, which is Cloudflare's public DNS. Note: If you're already using Google's DNS, switch to Cloudflare's. You may also set the primary DNS to match your default gateway and the secondary to either Google or Cloudflare.
