My PC starts up after a reboot or shutdown, but sometimes it powers off unexpectedly and then restarts itself. After turning back on, it doesn’t shut down properly.

Verify and set up your motherboard chipset drivers. The ones added via Windows Update serve as temporary fixes that generally function adequately.
