Hey everyone, I'm not sure what to do and I came here hoping for advice instead of going to a repair shop because I don't fully trust them. My issue is that my PC crashes during gaming and restarts itself. Here are my specs: CPU - Ryzen 5 5600X, Cooler - Amd Wraith Prism MB - MSI MPG B550, RAM - Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 2x16GB CL18, GPU - EVGA Rtx 3060 Ti, 8GB, Storage - Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 500GB (Windows 11), PSU - SAMA Forza 750W 80Plus Gold. I noticed some problems after the Windows 11 update KB5029351, especially with MSI boards, but it doesn't show up for my processor. My CPU cooler isn’t great, but I think I heard someone using a different setup that worked fine. I got these boards from a friend who confirmed they ran smoothly with Far Cry 6. I also updated the BIOS to version E7C56AMS.1E0, but it still crashes after a short while due to high temperatures on the motherboard. I turned off auto shutdown because of overheating, and it worked for about 30 minutes before again shutting down. I have a video clip of this happening (IMG_9569.mov). Can anyone help me figure out what’s going on?

Your PSU is quite old, which can reduce its efficiency. If it's been a while, your system might be consuming more power than usual and then shutting down unexpectedly.

I've been using it for a few years now, possibly longer than four.
