System Details: Processor: Ryzen 9 5900X Graphics: RTX 4070 Ti Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws DDR4 32GB @ 3600Mhz Motherboard: ASUS Tuf-Gaming x570-Plus (Wi-Fi) Power Supply: EVGA 80+ Gold Supernova 1000 watts Hello everyone, I’m reaching out to this forum to ask if anyone can offer advice or solutions regarding my issue. Recently, I upgraded to an RTX 4070 Ti after using a GTX 1060 for some time. Everything is functioning well, with smooth 1440p performance. Still, I experience occasional freezes while navigating through Windows. I’ve tried everything—restarting the PC, updating BIOS and Windows, even overclocking the CPU and RAM—but the problem persists. I suspect it might be related to a CPU bottleneck since the GPU seems powerful enough. I’ve also reinstalled drivers for the GPU and chipset, performed a fresh Windows install with updated drivers, yet freezes continue. I’m at a loss and wondering if there are any tweaks or settings within Windows that could help. Thank you for your time and assistance. Have a great day!
