You received an ASUS ROG and the battery failed, so you're using just the charger. It shuts down every two hours, and you've tried all fixes but nothing works. Please assist.

Are there issues with other electronic devices? The light bulbs might be flickering. Unless the power is completely off, look into scheduled tasks that could trigger an automatic shutdown.

The duration remains consistent at two hours, no matter the usage method. It might also be due to a component overheating.

It seems like the issue might be a software problem if it's around two hours. Try saving your data and restarting everything if you don't want to waste time searching for settings.
