Hey there, I'm a bit unsure if this forum is the perfect fit for my issue, but I think it could be the right place. What's the situation? For two weeks now, my main system has been working again (hurray!). Every night when I shut it down and turn it back on, it comes back to life. At first I thought maybe a simple restart was enough, but after a few days it kept happening. After testing, I noticed it usually takes about 30 minutes to an hour for it to fully power off and restart. I have no clue why this happens—especially since it only works when Wi-Fi is connected and the wake-on-LAN feature is disabled. Also, my PC isn't even using the default RAM setup. It's running on Windows 8.1 Pro. Do you have any suggestions or solutions? Thanks!

This product isn't worth purchasing again. The reasons are unclear, but it seems to be a poor choice.

He's Casper, a buddy you have. He's gaming on your computer while you're asleep.

It could be a ghost, but I’m sure you can schedule a time in Windows to turn on the computer at a specific moment. It’s possible someone or a program has set it to start automatically each night.

It seems a bit odd... The only advice I can give is to reinstall your OS and check the results.

1. Consider removing the front panel switch and attempt to restart.
2. Check if disabling Windows 8 hybrid startup resolves the issue.

I really don't like this at all. Every time I restart my PC, it jumps into auto mode and then the fans spin very low. If I switch to manual, they go full speed and I have to reconfigure everything again. The software then tells me that all fans only run at maximum speed—1300rpm—and on the Racon it displays the correct numbers (1x900, 2x1400, 2x2300). It doesn’t match what I expect, so I can’t adjust it based on my CPU temperature. This isn’t quite right, and honestly, I’m not sure what to do. A professional solution is definitely coming soon. (Sorry, I’m rushing—I can’t fix my English, but I think you got my point.)
I live alone and I’m really frustrated. I need Bill Murray to help me out. I know it’s a joke, but I double-checked the Windows settings, and there’s nothing there. I just don’t want to reinstall Windows because my network is so slow—it takes years to download everything again (256kb/s). I don’t understand what you’re asking.
