Hello! Thanks for your support. I'm a video editor who works with Premiere Pro. Recently, simple tasks like color correction or quick edits can cause Premiere to freeze. When it crashes, all my other programs also stop working, making them unresponsive and forcing me to restart everything. My screen freezes, and I often have to close apps like Chrome or Discord. Yesterday, my second monitor also crashed, so I had to plug it in again. These issues usually appear when the system gets too busy, even though I’m not using it heavily. Also, Premiere doesn’t just crash with heavy work—it happens even when browsing the web adds a bit more load. Here are my details: OS – Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 19044), Processor – AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-core, ~3.6GHz GPU – NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, RAM – 16GB DDR4 VENGEANCE® RGB PRO, 32GB DDR4. P.S. In the Event Viewer, when I see crashes, it shows “low on virtual memory,” but I’m not sure what that means or how to fix it.
I believe it refers to VRAM. Could you check if your system has sufficient VRAM?
The mentioned programs support Hardware Acceleration. It might be a graphics driver problem; I’d check DDU first to eliminate a faulty driver.
Using a 16GB and a 32GB module for memory is not recommended since they differ in size. Avoid placing them on the same channel; typically, a motherboard will label them as A1 B1 and A2 B2, with each pair representing one channel. If your dim modules don’t match in speed, timing, or latency, applying XMP may cause problems. Exceptions exist, and some users successfully combine various modules, though performance can suffer under stress.

You recently installed the latest chipset drivers via AMD's tool, yet the issue persists.
It's worth noting that issues can worsen with prolonged use. Initially effective, the software may have become less functional over time, especially after several months.
