Your computer isn't showing any video output. Let's troubleshoot together.
PC-1 uses RTX 2080 Ti, AMD 3900x, 1000W power supply, 64 GB DDR4 RAM, running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.
PC-2 features RTX 3090, AMD 3950x, 1200W PSU, 64 GB DDR4, same OS version.
I swapped the GPUs from PC-1 to PC-2. After testing, PC-1 didn’t display anything despite having LEDs off and no video output. I tried resetting components, removing the CMOS battery, but still no video. Eventually, I reinstalled the 3090 in PC-2, which worked perfectly.
I then returned to PC-1, thought it was a GPU issue, but after replacing the PSU and swapping back to the 2080 Ti, everything functioned normally—no LEDs, RGBs lit, fans spinning.
Now I’m trying the same steps for PC-1: deleting all video drivers, resetting BIOS, and booting again. But it keeps auto-rebooting with CPU lights on and fans running at full speed. Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
