A few days back I was working on editing a lighthearted video in Premiere Pro. It ran smoothly at 1080/720p with low bitrate, so it wasn’t too demanding on my computer. Suddenly the screen turned blue and it prompted me to restart. After that, the Windows profile selector or logging page displayed another blue screen. Once I rebooted, the BIOS settings returned to normal. Trying to turn Windows on again always led to a blue or green screen before requiring a full password entry. I looked up basic solutions on Google and Microsoft forums, but nothing helped. I attempted a system repair using a Windows USB drive, but that didn’t resolve the issue. I also tried reinstalling Windows, hoping to get it to 11, but the setup failed because my machine lacked TPM 2.0. Even after turning it on in BIOS, the settings would reset every time. The security panel reported missing trust platform modules, and changing RAM locations didn’t make a difference. I’m hoping someone can assist me with this problem.

It seems like you're experiencing frequent issues with your BIOS settings. Make sure to verify the battery status by testing it with one stick at a time, rather than using two simultaneously.

It seems to resemble a Windows problem, but the full picture only becomes clear after reinstalling. I recommend doing that. Also, avoid using Insider Preview builds for better stability.
