Hey, when you press the power button, the fans begin spinning, whereas your normal fans stay still while the PSU fan starts and stops right away. Your motherboard has two red lights that start blinking. The board model is an MSI MPG Z390i. I’ve tried reconnecting cables and checking the PC for issues, but nothing seems wrong. No problem, I don't have any extra parts to try.
It seems it should function properly, but it stopped working after about three months of use before you returned.
