I recently put together my new PC and it turned on, but it doesn’t boot. Friends said build PCs are usually fine, yet the CPU light stays lit and the fans spin nonstop without starting. I’ve tried all their advice—removing unnecessary parts, swapping RAM, reinstalling CPU and cooler—but nothing works. I unplugged everything except what’s essential, but it still won’t power up. The hardware specs are listed, so I’m sure it’s okay. Any guidance would be invaluable!

Updated the BIOS again. Consider flashing it once more and testing one RAM module at a time.

You don’t need to see anything on the screen to install an OS—just follow the setup instructions.

It doesn't display a logo screen upon startup. You can view your bios after resetting them. If you need access, use the Windows Media Tool on another computer and insert the USB drive at the top of the boot sequence.

The interface operates silently without any visual elements or interactions.
