It's an unusual occurrence but happens daily once the device powers on after being off overnight. Following the initial freeze and hard restart, everything functions normally afterward. When the freeze occurs, the only solution is to forcefully shut it down by holding the power button. My system details are: CPU - i7 10700KF, GPU - Nvidia TX 3060 Ti, RAM - 2 x 16GB T-Force Vulkan Z MB, Motherboard - MSI MPG B560I Gaming Edge, PSU - 750W SSF gold. I've checked everything: cleaned dust, verified connections, ran multiple scans (system, RAM, SSD, malware), reinstalled drivers, adjusted BIOS settings, removed NZXT cam for a week (it caused issues), and ensured XMP was disabled. I'm open to suggestions. Thanks!

Yes, you're checking the event viewer. Focus on logs for warnings and critical errors to identify issues early.

the system logs indicate an issue where the server failed to connect to DCOM due to a timeout.

The restart issues likely stem from the device freezing while I had to keep pressing the power button.

It seems you're checking for issues with Windows on specific dates and wondering if other changes occurred between the 12th and 16th. Are there any updates, drivers, or hardware modifications you've made during that period?

The error shown in my screenshot indicates explorer.exe didn’t respond. This seems unrelated to the problem you mentioned earlier. So far, nothing has changed in terms of installations or removals.

I haven't tried any of those changes yet. I can handle the bios update, but I'm unsure about the other two. Could you share the steps for them? The article you found suggests reinstalling the OS since the problem seems to be related to installation.

Update the system with the newest available firmware. For storage devices, use the manufacturer's official resources. With graphics cards, check the website of the maker to locate your model and search for updates in support or downloads sections. I don’t have specifics about your hardware to give further advice.
