I'm going crazy right now. I've tried all sorts of solutions—everything they suggest in forums—but nothing worked. I updated the firmware, turned off secure boot and gpedits, disabled bcedits, reformatted and reinstalled W11 multiple times, even removed the CMOS battery. I installed W11 on both the main M.2 drive and the HDD/SSD. So far, the only relief was an advanced restart and pressing 7 to disable signature drivers, but that fix only lasts until another restart. It seems those signature drivers are the root cause. I'll include screenshots of everything.
On a side note, this began after I ran a format; I ended up stuck in a BIOS setup loop where Windows wouldn't boot. I changed UEFI to CSM and back, but the control app issue still occurred once before. I'm about to start troubleshooting in MSi and Microsoft—please help.
My system specs: Msi B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC, Ryzen 5700X

Where did your Windows installer originate from? And regarding your Windows license?
It hasn't been activated yet, it's still pending. I used the MS W11 media creation tool directly from their website before, but this seems unrelated. I've always formatted both with a license and even with KMS Pico without any problems.
