Your Case M2 is no longer being detected after the switch
Hey! You installed your system in a new case yesterday because the previous one was too small. You had two SSDs, an HDD, and an M2 SSD connected to the mainboard. Windows is set up on the M2 SSD, so you removed all cables, took out the mainboard, reconnected everything, and started the system. It works, but it no longer boots from the M2 SSD. The M2 is still listed in BIOS and EZ Flash, yet it’s missing from the boot manager. Instead, an older SSD appears that was previously running Windows 10. You removed the old SSD without affecting the boot process. You’re feeling a bit puzzled—what might have been missed?
do you have two copies of windows? From what I've noticed, if you have two versions of windows on different drives within the same system, the one not running first tends to stop working or become unresponsive, and when you try to boot into it, it usually shows a black screen. I haven't found a solution for this issue.
There’s no option to turn on the m2. My current solution is to restart using the SSD that’s detected and reinstall it (which would be a bit disappointing since it wipes 600 GB of FS2020 data). By the way, the m2 is still working properly in the BIOS.
