You downloaded the Battle.Net authenticator app thinking you could check game stats, but after deleting it, you faced login issues and had to re-download. The app now asks for your serial number and a code, which you didn’t capture. When you reached out to support, they asked for more details about your account and a government ID, but you’re 15 and haven’t received your driver’s license yet. You'll need to reach out to Blizzard directly for the quickest solution. After connecting, you should receive instructions to send a passport scan via email, which will grant access to your account.
