I acquired a used iPhone 4s at a discount. Sounds good, huh? But Apple seems to have messed things up—my Apple ID is supposedly disabled, and they don’t provide clear reasons or steps to fix it. I can still reach their site and reset my password, yet the app store keeps saying my Apple ID is off. This issue isn’t limited to the phone; it also affects my Mac with Visual Studio. Everyone advises resetting the password or reaching out directly to Apple. I’d be embarrassed to call support when I’ve never bought anything from them before, so any tips you can share would be really helpful.

I reached out to Apple earlier when I encountered an issue. I missed my security question, but it still functioned properly.

If iCloud blocked your access, but iPhone 4S models are essentially free to use wherever you find them

I don’t see anything significant on that account, which bothers me. If I can’t find another way, I might create a new one, but it’s still frustrating. Isn’t this the classic “it just works” feeling?
