I opened my computer to run Minecraft and noticed these issues. After restarting and reinstalling the launcher, it still didn’t function. Other programs like Realtek Audio Control and default apps such as Camera aren’t working either. Someone can help me fix this on a Windows 10 Professional 10700K desktop.
