I built a new tower myself and experienced two DeepCool LT720 coolers failing (grinding). I swapped the last AOI unit for a Lian Li GAll Trinity 360. The installation included Lian Li's L-Connect software, which is now active. I was using MSI Center for fan management, which worked with the previous two coolers and displayed CPU and pump speeds/fans. Now the Lian Li rad fan is cycling every 5–10 seconds, and the pump fan isn’t showing any data. It’s unclear what to check or how to proceed. Any guidance would be helpful. My motherboard model is MSI Tomahawk Z790.

I removed the L-Connect Lian Li program and it appeared to stop the fluctuations. However, I still can't view the pump speed or control settings.

Yes, many LL fans are linked via USB and operate solely through their software.
