Sometimes the display freezes, turns black, then audio resumes and finally shows an AMD error about a driver timeout. Multiple clean installs work both with and without a GPU. Brand new APU with good cooling and solid average scores. It handles heavy tasks like video playback and photo editing without crashing. Reaches up to 1 GHz overclock, supports 57C temps, runs on a 1000W gold power supply. Oddly, the system boots normally even under stress—background apps like Skype, AsusRGB, Adobe AIR, ICEU, Kaspersky, Logitech G Hub, and Epic Games stay active. The X570 Taichi 16 GB, 8X2, 3000 MHz RAM.

Consider removing the overclock first. Which RAM module are you currently using?

The setup isn't working properly. It was rated for 3200 but failed at that specific XMP setting, so it dropped to 3000. I adjusted the timing a bit and it stabilized, but the new Trident Z Neo kit with 14GB is coming soon. I believe the issue isn't the RAM—using a 5900X with the GPU didn’t cause crashes. Overclocking seems unlikely since it fails even without load, though I’ll test it and update if more crashes occur. RAM-related crashes are always fatal and usually cause a blue screen.

No, I haven't checked for the newest chipset drivers on your motherboard yet.

You can verify chipset drivers by checking your system settings or using manufacturer-specific tools.

Visit your motherboard's driver website and look for one that mentions it's designed for the chipset.

the setup kept failing until i noticed my ram was installed incorrectly, after that the xmp profile functioned properly and the chipset also worked. but i’m still facing the same issues.
