AIO_pump header provides extra power to the port and operates at its maximum by default. The same applies to w_pump+ if available. This setup is ideal for a water pump; otherwise, it may hinder proper cooling. You can adjust the fan curve in the software. The CPU_FAN header will boost speed based on CPU temperature, but with an AIO pump this isn't ideal—you might still connect fans manually if desired. However, setting them to a dynamic fan curve tuned to water temperature is recommended. Not all AIO models support this feature. In earlier versions, you'd need a custom waterloop with temperature sensors.

I'm not sure why it's not working, but the pump isn't functioning and I see a CPU overheating warning in BIOS.

It might not be working properly. Can you exchange the item and receive a replacement? Or would you prefer an AirCooler that solves these problems?
