My AIO has been producing this noise recently (video attached) and it's becoming more common. It seems my temps aren't being impacted much—around 60°C during file compression and 35°C when idle. Sound recording: https://youtu.be/e42-BAjapdQ I'm unsure if the pump is malfunctioning or if the cooler is running low. Could it be refilled? Cooler link: https://global.deepcool.com/products/Coo...1881.shtml. The video shows low volume and a sudden pump activation. I also observed the pump RPM rising to about 2700 at idle and climbing to 3.4k–4k during the noise. It doesn't seem my hardware specs are relevant, but I should check the pinned post for details. My system runs Windows 10 64-bit, MSI MAG Z490 Tomahawk Intel i7 10700k (not overclocked), with two 8GB Crucial Ballistics 3600 Mhz cards, Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1660 Super 6G Pro M.2 1TB, Gigabyte PSU P650B 650W 80 plus bronze.

The noise might indicate a trapped air bubble. You could test your PC on its side and observe if the sound diminishes when the pump is positioned differently.

Typically, most AIOs, even Deepcool's, aren't officially serviced to add coolant. But you might be able to bypass the cold plate and refill it manually. If the issue began recently after prolonged operation, it could indicate coolant seeping in.

It's manageable to keep it running in that state. If you can't afford a replacement AIO, try it out with a temporary solution. Otherwise, wait until the pump fails. I owned a Kraken x60 for years; some coolant leaked through the hoses, but it functioned okay. It was a bit louder, but temperatures stayed acceptable, and the unit still works now.
