Aida64, focusing on CPU stress only—cache and memory too. Asus Prime Z390-A with Dark Rock Pro 4 RAM supports XMP profiles, no timing adjustments. The only modifications I made were: all cores at 44, manual voltage set to 1.38V, and LLC second highest level. During stress tests, I used voltages between 1.368V and 1.376V. This is the highest voltage I’m comfortable applying. Most users run around 1.35–1.36V, and within about a minute of starting the Aida64 I detect hardware failure. Most people have average CPUs, typically around 1.36–1.37V at 5GHz. Some perform exceptionally well, possibly running at 5.2GHz with 1.35V. Others might even hit 9600K, but I can’t even reach 4.4GHz at 1.38V? That’s strange. The next step I’m considering is 4.3GHz, but what’s the point? At this stage, my 3800X running at 4.35GHz is faster than this Intel chip, which should have a higher clock speed than AMD. Its only advantage now is performance under stress.

Have you checked the performance at stock speed and observed the speeds generated by its turbo?

Your RAM specifications are currently adjusted. Set Vccsa and Vccio manually around 1.2 to 1.25V. The 9600K configuration isn't ideal, but based on the data here, it should support 4.6G all-core AVX2 load at under 1.4V. Other parameters might need fine-tuning.
