It varies; some devices manage higher voltages than others. Possibly a CPU made with the latest silicon technology.

From the reading I've done, the average FIT voltage for Ryzen 3000 is about 1.320v. Some a little higher some a little lower. So that's an average. Its recommended to stay at or near this voltage. However, some people run much higher vcore and there hasn't been a ton of reported chips getting damaged. Anyhow, the read on was not exactly a dead cpu, but starts degradation processor early. So clocks may become harder to achieve or require more voltage in time, instability at same frequency when the OC was test new stable, no longer is and so forth. Just remember there's always risk overclocking. Nobody can say for certain any outcome you'd inquire about. Hope this information is useful to you. I know it's not definitive, but neither is overclocking so.... yeah! Have fun good luck!

Cinebench R20 doesn't measure OC stability. Consider using P95 Small FFT or LinX instead. Which sensor are you connecting at 1.325V?

I checked my stability across all tasks on my PC, not just Cinebench. Running looping Cinebench R20 seems like a solid way to assess temperatures. The voltage I saw in BIOS was 1.325V.
