I'm testing some of the latest titles recently, like AC: Valhalla, CoD: Cold War, and Watch Dogs: Legion. It seems my FPS isn't quite what I expect. My setup includes a 3440x1440p 144Hz display powered by an EVGA 2080 Super, paired with an i7-6700K at stock speeds (4.0Ghz) and 16GB RAM at 2400MHz. At lower settings in Cold War Multiplayer, I'm seeing around 120fps. I've got the newest drivers installed, but aside from a few Chrome tabs and background processes, my PC is running smoothly. According to Task Manager, my CPU is hovering between 70-80% usage at 4.18Ghz during gameplay, while my GPU stays around 20%, fluctuating between 10-15%. I've even told the game to use my 2080 Super manually, though it's already picking it up correctly. It looks like something might be off—should I consider an upgrade? Absolutely, I'm all in for improving my rig!

A bottleneck shows up when one player is at 100% while the other is under 100% usage. Based on my observations in modern warfare (still leaning toward the Cold War era), it’s a major problem for both frame rates and smooth gameplay. I think this issue might be specific to your setup, especially since many testers on beta were experiencing much lower FPS on more powerful machines. It’s unclear if the developers have addressed these concerns yet—worth thinking about before purchasing new hardware.
