Windows isn't worth the effort unless you see real benefits. Spending time and money on a new system would be a waste in the long run. Computers can be fixed and I can create a setup that fits my needs better than the restricted Apple options. Plus, Apple never makes its OS for non-Apple devices. — Edited January 30, 2018 by SansVarnic
Linux is fine, but I’m more comfortable with Windows since I’m used to it.
I don't think it's a good idea to install multiple operating systems on one manager because it can be challenging.
Apple seems capable of handling everything Windows can plus more—definitely a better option. I favored Windows because it let me tailor it to my needs and turned off unnecessary automatic updates. Now Windows 10 feels intrusive, constantly monitoring my actions, requiring manual steps like opening Regedit to disable Windows Defender, and forcing monthly updates that demand resetting settings. Navigating the new settings interface is challenging; I rely on Windows Explorer for organization, which opened a new window via the taskbar shortcut since the start menu was too cluttered. After an update, I switched to My PC, E drive (second storage), users, and then my name.
