Impressive ideas overall—tressFX on every character model sounds overkill, but dynamic clothing would really enhance realism. Rain effects with true water simulation would be better than just a screen filter, and trees with individual leaves or branches would add more depth. Foliage reacting to characters moving around would also improve immersion. Still, it might take a while before these features become standard.
