I rely on VirtualBox regularly and everything functions properly. The issue might be with your setup or environment.

Windows is available for WMware Workstation as well, and it looks like you already have Windows set up on your Mac. Adding WMware to Ubuntu could be problematic—my last attempt a few weeks back didn’t succeed.

I reviewed the entire message. It gives clear guidance on using VMware in class, but following those steps with VirtualBox is frustrating. The Windows installation seems faulty and inconsistent. The only solution I know is disabling both GPU settings in Device Manager, but if Windows tries to turn them back on everything fails. I really dislike Windows 10 and prefer keeping it as far away from my Mac as possible if I can. I’ve managed to get it working before when I had a Mac.

It seems likely that turning off and removing the Radeon driver will resolve the issue. If problems persist, disable it through the PCI settings.

I just turned it off completely. The poor battery performance and temperature issues were becoming bothersome. Now it should be simpler to get it working, since Windows keeps crashing when I try to turn on the Intel GPU.

I turned off the GPU and used the USB installation I had prepared. It started up smoothly and installed without issues. I’m currently using it to type.
