I only rebooted my PC after repeatedly trying to install the driver, which always failed. Later, I used GeForce Experience to update them, but it needed to be opened from a specific folder.

This problem also appeared with my laptop. The desktop is loading, but the laptop runs Windows 8.1 Embedded Industry Pro—maybe that's the reason?
