Disabled the built-in graphics card in BIOS on your laptop, but the screen remains black. I attempted to replace the CMOS battery, yet the issue persists. The device is an Acer N15Q1 i3 5005u.

You're asking if a modified or custom BIOS was used, since such settings are usually not available.

Is the laptop designed with a battery that can be taken out easily? When resetting the CMOS chip, you may need to take it off as well.

I didn't leave the main battery in place after removing the CMOS battery. Thank you for your assistance.

You kept the CMOS battery disconnected for several minutes after removing the main power source, then reinserted it before reconnecting the main battery.
