The issue seems linked to a recent PSU swap affecting RAM performance. Only single-channel access works now, and the other stick isn’t booting. It appears a service was disabled, possibly impacting system stability. Check which services are active and ensure essential ones are enabled. If your Wi-Fi doesn’t work despite driver installation, verify its status and settings.

It would likely be simpler to switch everything to Automatic, and then revert through and turn off the ones you’re certain you don’t require running.

Consider checking the SSD with CrystalDiskInfo and confirming its health. Back up all your files to an external drive, then reformat and reinstall Windows. This looks like a serious warning, and I wouldn't rely on Windows updates anymore—unless you're using safe mode.

I could have understood it more clearly, since they kept asking about it in the title and didn’t provide extra details in the post. @tkitch has the right point.

Turn off Quick Boot: Power off the device and then turn it back on. If nothing alters? Follow my advice.

Some defaults on the BlackViper service entries page may appear outdated. For current settings, refer to the BlackViper Windows 10 service configurations documentation at the provided link. If many services are off, it's likely a broader issue—Windows typically activates features rather than disabling them.

You adjusted the system settings and tried a normal startup, which resolved many issues. A few drivers stopped working, but overall it’s still functioning properly.
