Are you sure? You're using four sticks and operating at 3200MHz. It might help to check with CPU-Z. If it shows 1066MHz on CPU-Z, your RAM is likely running at 2133MHz as expected for DDR4. If it's 1600MHz, it could indicate a memory leak in specific programs, such as the issues I've encountered with "Empire: Total War."

I'm not entirely confident. I checked UEFI and CPU-Z, both showing 3200mhz. It might just be a Windows issue.

The Windows Task Manager isn't very accurate for these details. It appears to assume my 3770K runs at 6 GHz, while CPU-Z and the BIOS confirm otherwise.

My RAM operated at 2133 MHz with low voltage, likely around 1.23V. I adjusted it to the rated specifications: 3200 MHz and 1.35V. In my project, RAM consumption remained stable when reviewing blueprints or playing games. When simply viewing levels, usage didn’t spike significantly. The UE4 performance stayed consistent regardless of other apps. Here are some usage stats during testing: Launch – 31% usage, 700MB; Level view – 38% at 3,200MB (about 10 seconds); Blueprint view – 39% at 3,400MB; Level view – 44% at 4,800MB (around 20 seconds). For reference, at 97% usage (20,000MB), UE4 usage stayed steady until I opened it later, after which it rose to about 800MB during a short clip. 2020-03-31 21-19-17.mp4
