I've checked the available options, but the search results only show matching latencies around CL16. The listings you mentioned all have timings of 16-18-18-36 at that speed. In Spain, many 2x8GB kits are found on sites like Wallapop, but they list 16-18-18-38 at CL16. It looks like the higher latency might be a real issue if you aim for 32GB. It's not a big problem. It depends on whether you can adjust it after installation. You may need to tweak the settings manually, using the longer timed option and setting sub-timings automatically.

No option exists to adjust timing for individual RAM modules. Mixing kits will use the default 16-18-18-38 C16 setting. Overclocking to 16-18-18-36 should be feasible. I successfully achieved a 16-18-18-36 rated kit running at 16-16-16-32 without problems.

I own two distinct sets of RAM modules—one 1x8GB and another 1x2GB—each with varying transfer rates. Everything is functioning properly thus far.
