You can move from Windows 8 Home to Windows 10 Home, but upgrading directly to Windows 10 Pro isn't straightforward. You'll need to first upgrade to Windows 10 Home and then follow the steps to install Windows 10 Pro. Let me know if you'd like detailed instructions!

Upgrade options are available via ISO using the purchased key. Alternatively, navigate to Settings—Updates & Security—Activation—Go to Store. That should resolve it. You can buy the Pro version directly and it will install once downloaded.
