Additional Comments: I don’t want a window or any flashy effects, just plain black without RGB. I enjoy playing games, especially action and shooters like MW2 and Battlefield. Open-world titles such as Elden Ring and Starfield are popular. Role-playing games like The Witcher are also favorites.
The PC should handle 4K movies on the TV via HDD, USB or HDMI without issues.
For me, it’s essential to be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously without lag—like watching 4K films while handling downloads or browsing. I prefer a strong all-rounder without system bottlenecks, but gaming should be the top priority.
It must support modern standards like WiFi, Ethernet, Bluetooth, HDMI 2.1, USB Type A-C connectors, and fast SSD storage, along with a large-capacity HDD for storing many films.
I’ve listed quite a few requirements, but with a limited budget, if you could build a gaming PC that matches my ideas, I’d be happy. Thank you.
I was considering constructing a system with a minimum of 32GB DDR5 memory and an i5-13600K or Ryzen 7 7600X processor.

Intel Core i5-13600KF is insufficient for AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT on a 3840 × 2160 resolution display when running processor-intensive tasks.
This setup accounts for 20.0% of the processor bottleneck.
Does this mean the processor struggles, or is there a risk to performance?
