I like solo games for specific reasons. Not because I want to complain, but I find more satisfaction and chances to replay them than any other type of game. I also enjoy revisiting old favorites (NES, SNES, Genesis, etc.) from time to time, since discovering new aspects of them enhances my experience later. Plus, I can concentrate on small details without worrying about the plot or striving for a perfect outcome. Almost every single-player title suits this approach. I’ll play it once or twice for the story, then just appreciate its features.
