Hello everyone, I just installed the GTX1070 and it has caused major issues with many drivers. I've tried everything—DDU, reinstalling drivers—but the problem remains. My PC is now unusable, so I'm planning a full reset. My main worry is that I won't be able to reinstall most of my regularly used programs after the reset. I only have access to old university email accounts or websites that no longer exist, and I can't find where I downloaded them anymore. Do you have any idea how to recreate or generate an installer file for these existing files so I can restore them after the reset? Essentially, my PC is in a bad state, and I'm hoping to save my irreplaceable programs. Thanks!

Collect all .exe files from each user and archive them into one folder. Store it in the cloud or another external drive for safekeeping until you perform a fresh Windows installation. Options like Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., are suitable choices. Afterward, unzip the folder onto your new Windows installation.

It's a helpful idea, thank you, but for certain programs I don't have the .exe files anymore.

Collect the executable files, move them onto a USB or external drive, and verify functionality on a laptop. Some applications like Photoshop or Word typically succeed, while others may fail due to missing dependencies.
