i’m not sure what’s going on right now and I don’t want to cause any offense, but after installing that program, my pc keeps crashing with blue screens that aren’t standard. they’re mixed in with open game windows, making it hard to see clearly where the issue started.

Consider a system restore to an earlier point. Did you create an image file when your computer was functioning properly? If yes, you can recover the image. It seems you might be able to start Windows now. To update the BIOS, place the BIOS Update file on the root of the flash drive, not inside any compressed folder. Besides SFC /scannow, open Command Prompt as Administrator and run DISM /Online /CLEANUP-IMAGE /CheckHealth, then press Enter. After that, type DISM /Online /CLEANUP-IMAGE /RestoreHealth and press Enter. Once more, run SFC /scanow. Before updating the BIOS, download the chipset driver for your model from the provided link.
