Identified the problem. Upgraded to 64gbs of RAM, which resolved both my current and past issues. Conducted some research on defective RAM. Realized it's not uncommon even with reputable brands. Received four 16gbs modules at 3600mhz, perfectly suited for my setup. My concern was voltage stability. If I push them above 2133mhz they fail. Swapped in my old two 16gbs at 3200mhz Trident GSKillz RAM. BIOS showed they started at the default 2133mhz. Upgraded to 3200mhz without issues. Should have understood they were Corsair-made. At a price of $80 each, those were unusually affordable. Interesting note from this experience. GSKillz Trident 2 16gbs DDR4 at 3200mhz for $300 is superior to the Corsair LPX 2x16gb at $80.
