Whenever I disconnect my PSU or switch it off, I have to reset the CMOS. If I unplug a fan or swap in a new one, that’s why... You know what? Our old CMOS buddy comes around after work! Edit: Otherwise I don’t get any post.

If you skip resetting the CMOS, the BIOS will load its standard configurations. Continuously plugging and unplugging the power supply may cause the CMOS battery to drain, meaning it’s not receiving power. In this scenario, swap the small CMOS cell on the motherboard for a fresh battery.

It doesn't show up online. I see a fan spin and lights, but nothing is posted.
