You must obtain an ISO image for Windows 8 64-bit

Hey, I just set up my new PC today and it doesn’t have an optical drive. My idea was to use my old laptop, create an ISO from the CD, and then make a USB stick to boot it. That didn’t work because the CD won’t read in the laptop. It seems like the drive is faulty or damaged. I managed to play a 30-second album of Mars, but the music didn’t work. Now I’m looking for a way to get a 64-bit Windows 8 version so I can try the USB method again—anyone know where to find it? Or should I consider getting a physical drive instead?

You can simply read the guidance on the site to obtain the ISO file, then apply it to your USB drive using the provided tool.

Once you apply the code for the eightforums section, it should remain functional even after transferring it from a USB drive to your PC.

Choose the DVD option for an ISO file or the USB drive option for a USB installation. For a 64-bit Windows version, install on a 64-bit system. After placing the ISO on your USB, you might skip the Windows 7 download tool—verify your USB’s contents on a standard PC first.

Thanks a lot! I actually updated it a few hours back. I went see my sister and took the PC, so I'm almost there on the Watch Dogs download. I'm really looking forward to it tonight! 🍒
